Spring Volvo Club Meeting in Kletečná – accommodation information

This year, accommodation booking will work differently than in previous years. Bookings will no longer be handled through the forum, but instead through a standard hotel-style booking system, which is expected to go live sometime next week.

Members of Volvoklub ČR will get priority access first. After that, booking will open for everyone from 25 March 2026.

When making a reservation, a 50% deposit will be required, paid directly through the booking system.

  single occupancy: 40 EUR / night


• Building B
  rooms with private bathroom and toilet
  24 EUR / person / night
  single occupancy: 40 EUR / night


• Renovated bungalows
  each bungalow has its own bathroom and toilet
  24 EUR / person / night


• Original bungalows
  each bungalow has its own toilet and sink, showers are shared
  15 EUR / person / night


• Cabins
  shared bathroom facilities in Building A
  12 EUR / person / night


• Own caravan
  capacity is limited to approximately 6 caravans
  7 EUR / person / night
  electricity: +9 EUR / night


• Tent / sleeping in car
  7 EUR / person / night
  no electricity connection available

Tourist tax: 1 EUR / person / night

For bungalows, please try to arrange shared occupancy with friends if possible. It would be a shame if a 9-person bungalow ended up being occupied by only two people.

To make planning easier and to help us keep track of participant numbers, we kindly ask everyone who plans to come to add themselves to the participant list on the forum — including those who are coming only for one day and will not be using accommodation. Ideally, we would like to have every single participant listed there.
